Edinburgh Fringe PR

Done For You

The Edinburgh Fringe is the biggest arts festival in the world, and one of the hardest places to get noticed. Our Edinburgh Fringe PR gets your show seen by the critics, press and audiences who matter, turning a month in Edinburgh into reviews, awards buzz and the next step in your career.

We work with comedians and theatre makers, from one person shows and Free Fringe performers to well known names. We know how the festival works, when to pitch and who to pitch to, and how to make every week of your run count.

A year of work comes down to one August and we make every day count

Award winning Fringe PR

Our clients have won the Amused Moose competition, Mervyn Stutter’s Pick of the Fringe and Spirit of the Fringe, and the Offies, alongside five star reviews and features in the leading Fringe publications and the national press.

Why Edinburgh Fringe PR matters

With thousands of shows competing for attention every August, great work alone isn’t always enough. Reviews, previews and word of mouth decide who fills their room and who plays to a handful of people. Good Fringe PR puts your show on the critics’ lists, builds a buzz before you arrive and keeps it growing through the run, so you leave Edinburgh with the reviews, quotes and industry attention to take your show further.

Who we work with

Comedians

From debut hours to well known names, we help comedians make the most of their Fringe and build towards what comes next.

Theatre makers

Plays, companies and new writing that deserve to be seen, reviewed and talked about.

One person shows

Personal, brave and brilliant solo shows, where the story behind the show is often as powerful as the show itself.

Free Fringe performers

We know some of the best talent has come from the free fringe scene, it’s at the heart of the Fringe and we love being part of their journey.

How our Edinburgh Fringe PR works

Before the Fringe

We create your press materials, pitch previews and features, and get your show on the radar of critics and journalists long before you arrive.

Reviews and critics

We invite the right reviewers on the right nights, follow up and make sure your best reviews and star ratings are seen where they’ll sell tickets.

Awards and industry

We make sure awards judges, programmers, producers, bookers and agents know about your show, so a great run leads to bigger things.

Beyond Edinburgh

From national press to tour announcements, we turn Fringe success into momentum for your tour, transfer or next big booking.

Edinburgh Fringe PR Done For You

A Fringe run is exhausting enough without chasing critics and fielding press requests between shows. As part of our Done For You service, we handle the pitching, the follow ups and the press office, so you can focus on giving your best performance every night. And if you’d rather run your own PR with expert guidance, our Fringe PR group gives you the support to do it yourself.

Edinburgh Fringe PR questions

When should Fringe PR start?

As early as possible, ideally by the spring. Many previews and features are planned well before August, so starting early gives your show the best chance of coverage before you arrive.

Can you guarantee reviews?

No one can honestly guarantee reviews, as it’s always the critic’s choice. What we do is build excitement about you, then we make sure the right critics know about your show, invite them on the best nights and give you every chance of being seen.

Do you work with Free Fringe shows?

Yes. Some of the most exciting shows at the Fringe are at the Free Fringe, and we offer support that works for talent at the heart of the Fringe.

Do you only work with comedy?

No. We work with comedians, theatre makers and one person shows of every kind.

Can you help us after the Fringe?

Yes. We help turn reviews, awards and buzz into tour dates, transfers and bookings, with PR that carries on long after August.

Do you work with performers from outside the UK?

Yes. Performers come to Edinburgh from all over the world, and we work with shows from across the UK and beyond.

Do you invite industry to shows?

Yes. We work with you on your long-term goals beyond the fringe, then we reach out to the right industry people to help you to get there.
